2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to all features until the subscription expires
- No further charges will be made to your payment method
- Your account and generated assets will remain accessible in read-only mode
3. Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial purchase if they are not satisfied with our service
- Service Unavailability: If our service experiences significant downtime (more than 24 consecutive hours) during your billing period, you may be eligible for a prorated refund
- Billing Errors: If you were charged incorrectly or multiple times for the same service, we will promptly issue a refund for the erroneous charges
- Technical Issues: If persistent technical issues prevent you from using core features and our support team cannot resolve them within a reasonable timeframe
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription fees after the 14-day money-back guarantee period
- One-time purchases or credit packs that have been partially or fully used
- Fees for services already rendered or AI generations already completed
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions (unless otherwise stated)

Once your refund is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

- Bank transfers may take up to 14 business days depending on your financial institution
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
7. Subscription Downgrades
If you wish to downgrade your subscription to a lower tier, you may do so at any time through your account settings. The new pricing will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for downgrades mid-cycle, but you will retain access to your current plan's features until the end of the billing period.
8. Free Trial Cancellation
If you are on a free trial, you may cancel at any time before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial expires, your payment method will be automatically charged for the subscription plan you selected. Charges made after a free trial ends are subject to our standard refund policy.
9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service. In such cases, no refunds will be provided. If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data, please contact our support team. Account deletion is irreversible and does not entitle you to a refund.
